A Stack of Our Story

Hi, I'm Lexie, a high school biology teacher turned pancake-preneur. I love baking, crafting fun and unique drink creations, playing volleyball, and bringing people together through food and experiences.

The name Stackette combines the word “stack” for the mini pancake stacks and layers of toppings we serve, with a soft, elevated feel that reflects the elegant yet playful vibe I always envisioned for the brand.
